Focused Problem Solving

When you have a problem, and aren't sure how to fix it

Kaizen Event

Kaizen Event

A Kaizen event is a focused, short-term improvement initiative designed to enhance a specific process or area within an organization. These events bring together a cross-functional team to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and implement rapid changes that lead to measurable improvements.

The term "Kaizen" is Japanese for "change for the better," reflecting the event's goal of continuous improvement.
